It was a very sad day in the music world when we learnesd our good friend Bobby Simpson was struck down with cancer. For 10 years Bobby was a big part ofmy Kidney / Cancer benefit jam as the steel /guitar player for the Rodeo Clowns . We worked together for many years between all the Eagle Clubs and NHCMA events all over the state , region and into Las Vegas where the band won vocal group and Bobby won the title of instrumentalist of the year We both cried together It was such a great time.
Now it is befitting that we do the Kidney/Cancer Benefit Jam in his honor so we are getting it set up. We will all be there together to celebrate his life and all he had achieved over the years
I have asked Fried Cactus (his current band) to host the event and also to pay tribute will be The Rodeo Clowns also Karen Morgan and Pony Express on hand will be Craig Kendall,and the Northwoods Playboys ,Dan Morgan. Scott Morse/ Mark Richardson Jimmy Woods Mark Ericson and many more to be announced I t will be held on Jan 22 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm $5.00 donation at the door raffles and lots of memories

Bobby and the Rodeo Clowns were with me for the Kidney/Cancer benefit jam for 10 years and the cancer monies were donated to support the VNA HOSPICE HOUSE .and I am so proud to know what that monies does for these people
that in his kast times he is being well cared for and kept comfprtablke in the VNA Hospice House in Merrimack NH so he is benefiting fron all his hard work for hospice
In case of a bad snow storm we will have the event same place on Sunday April 1 st
